Job DescriptionWe are looking to add a Technical Documentation Specialist to support the needs of the Bigbelly product teams. This is a full-time opportunity with growth potential. This position is at the company headquarters in Needham, MA, as a part of the engineering team, and involves working on our products throughout their lifecycle. Travel to our manufacturing facility in Methuen, MA will be required occasionally to engage with the manufacturing team. In this role you will be documenting product/technical information that supports our internal teams and customers worldwide. Responsibilities include writing engineering work instructions, user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and parts manuals. You will also be tasked with implementing edits to existing documentation based on feedback and inbound requests.We are looking for a self-starter who has technical aptitude and writing proficiency. Organizational skills and an excellent attention to detail are a must. You need to be adept using Google applications to draft and edit documents. Experience manipulating 3D CAD models using SolidWorks and editing photos to create illustrations is preferred. Requirements:
Responsibilities Create, proofread, and edit technical documents, manuals, and guides using various applications, including those from Google and Microsoft. Edit photos and graphics to create illustrations for technical documents. Record notes and photographs of product assembly procedures in a manufacturing environment. Interface with Engineering and Customer Support staff during documentation drafting and editing. Update existing documents while adhering to established formatting guidelines, while helping to refine those guidelines. Maintain an organized documentation repository. Field inquiries and requests from internal team members related to technical documentation. Manipulate 3D CAD models to create illustrations for technical documents. Qualifications Proficiency using PDM tools (Arena preferred) Proficiency using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Proficiency using Google Docs, Sheets, Slides Good communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent attention to detail Ability to be on-site at headquarters in Needham, MA, full time Experienced with common shop tools and mechanical assembly techniques preferred Technical degree preferred Experience using SolidWorks 3D CAD design software preferred 7

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
