We focus on building relationships in a fun retail environment.
We are looking for a Key Holder who has a love of fashion, self motivated, and responsible! As a Shop Micki Key Holder, you will:
Open and closing responsibilities Welcome every customer and give them an amazing experience that encourages them to keep coming back.
Meet and exceed overall daily sales goals Be a sales leader by coaching and guide your team Assist Store Manager in any and all store operations Keep the store neat and stocked Work hard and be a great team member What you'll bring to the table:
Experience in a retail environment and are able to stand for 4-6 hours and lift 30 pounds.
Have experience working independently, learning quickly, and tackling problems.
