Facilities Coordinator
Our client, a global product design and technology company based in Needham MA, is seeking a temporary Facilities Coordinator to join their team.
The Coordinator will manage purchase orders, invoices, and contracts, providing crucial support for facility-related tasks and events.
Additionally, the role includes writing process documentation for Corporate Services, tracking vendor relationships and maintenance schedules, and offering facility support at the Needham site.
The Coordinator will also play a key role in supporting the global safety and security program.
The ideal candidate will have experience navigating within Coupa, will be team-oriented, and have a strong attention to detail.
This role can compensate $25/hr and is slated as a 3
month contract role.
