Experience:
Shrub and Small Tree Pruning, Perennial and Annual Plant Care, Minimum 2 years; horticulture degree a plus, experience interacting with clients a plus.
A leading residential landscape services provider, is currently seeking a Fine Gardener.

Role:
Horticulturist responsible for working with a small crew in perennial and garden maintenance, artistic planting, pruning.
Visit top-tier client properties to take care of the details
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of fine gardening or combined experience and horticultural education.
Strong knowledge of New England woody, perennial and annual plants and their cultivation.
Knowledge of proper pruning practices.
Crew management experience is a plus.
Crew training experience is a plus.
Requirements:
Strong work ethic.
Detail-oriented approach.
Eagerness to learn and share expertise.
Good physical condition.
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
Extras:
