Join a fully staffed office with room to grow! MUST HAVE MEDICAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.
Immediate position is for a busy Podiatry office in Needham, MA.
Duties include answering phones, registering patients, data entry, checking patients in and out at time of service, as well as assisting patients to the exam rooms.
This position is for our Needham location but at times when required, may need to travel to other office locations as well.
Must have reliable car.
Some shifts may be at times done at the Norwood office so must be willing to go there at needed times.
Qualifications:
minimum requirements include a high school diploma.
Candidates must be energetic and friendly.
Must have basic computer experience, skilled on the phone, ability to solve problems, and be able to work independently while being a team player.
This is a part time position but may lead to more hours with experience.
Full time position also available.
Health insurance is not offered.
Must be able to travel between office if needed Job Types:
