Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our teamThis is a permanent, full-time position where you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accountsIn this role, you will be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with the highest level of serviceYou will have the opportunity to work with a variety of commercial insurance lines, including Business Owner's Insurance, General Liability, Commercial Property, Commercial Umbrella, Cyber Liability, Employment Practice Liability, Errors & Omissions, Directors & Officers, Flood, Crime, Builders Risk, Liquor Liability, Special Even, Surety Bonds, Workers' Compensation, Commercial Auto, Aircraft, Ocean Marine, Inland Marine and Risk Management.
Responsibilities:
As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will:
1Manage and maintain a book of commercial lines accounts, ensuring all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
2Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
3Negotiate policy terms and conditions with insurance carriers on behalf of clients.
4Process renewals, endorsements, and cancellations in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
5Collaborate with sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling insurance products.
6Stay updated on industry trends, changes in regulations, and new insurance products to provide the best advice to clients.
7Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring client satisfaction.
8Provide clients with comprehensive insurance reviews and risk assessments.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Commercial Lines Account Manager position will have:
1A minimum of 3
years of experience in commercial lines insurance2A current insurance license or the ability to obtain one.
3Excellent client service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
4Strong negotiation skills and the ability to advocate for clients with insurance carriers.
5Proficiency in using insurance agency management software.
6The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
7Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve client issues effectively.
8Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
