-- Full-Time 40 hrs, Day, M-F -- AP Healthcare is actively seeking a technically-savvy Administrative Assistant for a medical office located in the Needham area.
-- This person will be working half the time in the Case Management Department and the other half in the Liaison Office (no travel required).
-- This is a temporary to permanent opportunity with the intention of bringing the right person on permanently.

Provide administrative support to Case Management Department and Liaison Office and report to the Directors of the two offices Communicate with providers and create spreadsheets with data collected Extract patient information from EPIC and enter into Excel Spreadsheet Utilize phone and email to collect and input missing or incorrect data Complete other tasks as assigned --
Qualifications:
2
years experience in a professional Healthcare Office setting required Proficiency in Excel 2010 required Excellent written and communication skills Can-Do attitude.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
