Summary of Position
Under general direction, oversees and manages day-to-day operation of the Atrius Health Datacenter and Servers Infrastructure which operates on a 24x7x365 basis. Oversees the ongoing management andoperation of the backup infrastructure, Datacenter facilities, including both Datacenter facilities as well assmaller MDF/IDF campus rooms. Manages the sustained engineering and maintenance for server systems
across all practices of Atrius Health including UNIX and Wintel environments. Establishes short andlong-range goals to ensure servers capacity meets future requirements, including the development ofmethodologies and strategies for systems analysis, installation and support. Has primary responsibilityand oversight for supporting the server infrastructure in a multi-vendor, multi-platform computer and
network environment. Develops and implements standards, policies, and procedures necessary to ensurethe viability and integrity of the server infrastructure. Directs workflow, resolves technical problems andensures general operations conform to established standards. Must be familiar with a diverse set oftechnologies including Ethernet and fiber networking, border security including VPN and Firewalls,
Storage Area Networks, server hardware, Microsoft operating systems, UNIX operating systems,VMware and Citrix. Reports to Director of IT Infrastructure.
Education.__Bachelor's degree (or equivalent education, training or experience) in computer science orrelated discipline. Advanced degree a plus.
Skills and Experience. Skills and experience typically acquired through seven to ten years Datacenter /Servers management experience, including a record of successful delivery of IT solutions as anindividual, Team Lead and or/ IT Manager. Strong, hands-on operations background with acomprehensive understanding of all aspects of Datacenter, proactive monitoring and servers operations. Significant experience with mission critical systems in a 24X7X365 environment. Must possess sound
judgment with the ability to work and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. Thorough knowledgeof computer operations support including an understanding of electrical power, HVAC and firesuppression systems. Ability to learn quickly, work autonomously, and address issues that arise, day-overnight.Demonstrated self-starter, with the ability to set the direction when there is little or none. Experience solving complex and large-scale problems. Strong, project management skills, timemanagement, and problem solving skills. Willingness to support delivering projects on time. Experienceplanning and breaking down a task into sub-tasks and estimating effort to perform the work. Familiarw/various requirements gathering techniques. Experience facilitating meetings w/multiple customers and technical staff, including building consensus and mediating compromises when necessary. Demonstratedstrong logical and technical problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to learn and quicklycomprehend new concepts. Demonstrated strong judgment and decision-making ability. Ability to excelin idea generation, evaluation, and prioritization, customer and partner engagement, and cross-functionaltechnical program management. Ability to work w/technical and non-technical resources to get thingsdone. Excellent written and oral communication

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
