Inside Sales Support/Lead Generation

Inside Sales Support Representative needed for Garment Machinery Company, Inc. We are one of the oldest commercial laundry distributors in the countries. Our customers are nursing homes, hotels, and laundromats and apartment buildings.
This role will include researching lead generation opportunities, sending initial information to customer, tracking follow up of the business development associate, and providing support as needed.. Integrity, vision, and passion are essential for this role.
Job Duties


Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
Provide pre-sales support via email contact
Research, Identify and Deliver qualified leads to Business Development Associate where appropriate.
Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects.
Team with Business Development Associate to pass lead information and lead generation, track follow-up and assigned calls-to-action given to the business development associate.
Assist in creating RFP responses to potential clients.
Prepare activity reports.
Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.
Attend periodic sales meetings where applicable.
Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.
Requirements

1 to 2 years of direct work experience in a sales, business development or similar capacity
Solid experience in lead qualification, pre-call planning, and time management.
Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers.
Exceptional computer and research skills.
Excellent listening skills.
Strong written communication skills.
Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
High level of integrity and work ethic.
Experience with customer relationship management software.

Compensation is commensurate with experience and consists of a base salary plus an incentive plan.


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
