Our client, an established company, located near Needham, MA is seeking a Technical Digital Marketing Manager to lead its search engine optimization and web metrics team.
Responsible for conducting online testing and analysis, performing database analysis; managing reporting and forecasting for digital channels, serving as a partner in the business planning process; developing and maintaining consistent, standardized reporting procedures. Partner with various agencies and vendors to expand insight into customer and prospect behavior. Create and present cross-functional analysis.
Must be proficient in behavioral tracking tools, tactics, and analysis to make optimization recommendations and validate the recommendations with web site usability expertise, competitive analysis and third party web design research. Must have experience with advanced analytical techniques and statistical methodologies.
Strong written and verbal communication, team building, problem solving and analytical skills required. Must be able to think critically, present technical results and derive key insights. Must be able to work independently while managing the team as well as with cross-departmental teams.
Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related area of study is required. MBA preferred. Minimum of five years of related experience leading a similar team is required.
